Kingsley’s Adventures – Seas Town
I used to play a one level demo of Kingsley’s Adventures way back in 1999. This lively, whimsical and wonderful tune played on repeat during the Seas Town level. You can’t help but love this tune, an intriguing mix of medieval ritual merged with a childlike pirate abode(?) Pensive strings drifting between forceful drumming, a sly bassline reclining and fantastic pied piper style melodies counteract all of this with jerky accordion stabs. Set this against the über-cute main character Kingsley the fox and the flamboyant cartoony graphics, we are sent into a trance of endearing fables of olde.
